What does MADESTA manufacture?

Welded and prefabricated steel components: thick-walled welded frames, heavy-wall rings and vessels, and components for wind energy (tower door and ventilation frames, nacelle components, tower internals), energy storage and industrial tanks, industrial infrastructure and machinery frames.
Our main production facility is at Rencēnu iela 8, Riga, Latvia. A second facility at the Extron Baltic port terminal gives direct access to a 145 m pier with 7 m water depth and railway infrastructure.
EN 1090-2 execution class EXC3, EN ISO 3834-2, ISO 9001:2015, and EN 13445 / PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) for pressure vessels. Welders are qualified to EN ISO 9606-1 and NDT personnel to EN ISO 9712.
Fiber laser cutting up to 40 mm, plasma and gas cutting up to 200 mm with automated bevelling, tube and profile laser cutting up to 6,000 mm, sheet bending up to 10 mm on a 400 t / 4 m press brake, plate rolling 6–200 mm thick and up to 4,500 mm wide on four 3- and 4-roll machines, profile bending, manual and robot welding by 40+ certified welders, CNC boring, milling and drilling with CMM inspection, blasting and painting with DFT and adhesion testing.
Yes. We bend steel sheet up to 10 mm thick on a 400 t press brake with a 4 m bending length. Send the drawing with material grade and quantity through the RFQ form for a quotation.
Structural steels S235–S355, S460 and S690, stainless and duplex steel, wear-resistant Hardox plate, and aluminium.
Send drawings through the RFQ form on madesta.lv or to [email protected]. We accept PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP/STP and Excel BOMs, and ZIP archives up to 250 MB. A sales engineer replies within two working days.
Yes. Material certificates to EN 10204 3.1, or 3.2 when specified. The heat number is transferred to every cut part. The documentation package includes welding records, NDT and dimensional reports, coating reports and a declaration of conformity per EN 1090-1.
Worldwide. Regular road deliveries to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany and the Netherlands; sea shipping via the Port of Riga for all other destinations. Customs clearance in the EU.
Yes. Tick the NDA checkbox in the RFQ form and we send a mutual NDA for signature before your files are opened.
